We provide your assigned floor area, you bring anything that should go on it.
Most stands are in the Main Expo Hall (M1) on Level 4; the 2×2 meter stands are in the buzzing area outside the session rooms on Level 2.
(Our third-party partner CityExpo should be able to provide anything you need from stands to carpets and appliances. If you prefer your own partners instead, go for it.)
Open wifi and plain 230V electricity is included. For e. g. three-phase electricity, take an early contact with CityExpo.
While we seek to treat all expo sponsors by fair prioritisation with respect to their sponsorship levels and first-come logic, please understand that the floor planning is complex and that slots can be different even when on the same size and price level. Within reason, we try to avoid direct competitors having to rub shoulders. Still, ultimate decisions over floor placements lie with us as organiser.
