Silver partnership package, PostTrade 360° 2026

Step onto the stage and into the conversation at PostTrade 360° Stockholm 2026 on 2–3 September. With the Silver partnership package, your brand is well visible – during the event, online, and in the lead-up.

What’s included:

• Stage appearances for speakers – Two stage appearances representing your organisation in a session on stage, sharing your expertise with our audience. See the product description here. (More apperances are available as an add-on.) Each stage appearance can be either one seat for your participant on one of the panels that we curate, or your own “Hosted by” session which you produce without our involvement. These “Hosted by” sessions, too, are in the agenda like our other sessions.
• Exhibition space – A 3x2 m area for a stand where you meet delegates face to face.
• Sponsored article publication – One article on our news website, posttrade360.com, extending your reach beyond the event days. (You produce, we publish; find a detailed product description here.)
• Tickets – Unlimited staff passes, so your whole team can attend. While delegates commit to participating physically, they additionally get access to the digital event platform and its vibrant interaction possibilities with other delegates immediately after admission.
• Video presence – 45 seconds at your disposal in the commercial video loop, which will be shown thoughout the whole event.
• Brand visibility – Logo display throughout the event venue and a dedicated partner page on our event website.
• Delegate & event report – Updated delegate lists in the run-up, plus a final list and event report after.
• Workflow access – Smooth communication and planning through our collaboration platform (hosted on pipefy.com), featuring a dedicated information overview page for your company.
• Real-time commercial overview of your organisation’s purchases and invoices from us, here in the webshop. Each of your authorised representatives can have a personal webshop user account with us, and still have shared overview per your organisation. Orders can be traced back to the individual who placed them, so no need to share passwords.

Note that in 2026, dinner tables are not included in the package, but an add-on.

Note that the event-related add-ons can’t be ordered as a stand alone purchase, only by firms who have one of our sponsorship packages. (The media products – so the ad spaces and sponsored article publications – can be purchased also by non-event partners.)
