As partner, you will have continuous access to a dedicated information overview page, to support your planning until the event. Note that for full service, you need to be able to read web pages and receive emails normally; please refer to our Terms & conditions page if your use of the internet is obstructed by your company’s internal restrictions. Our support to you through the time until the event includes an open bookable calendar that sets up a Teams-based onboarding or update call with us at any time slot you pick.

Your package includes a given number of tickets for your representatives, all including the right to attend the dinner party.
Some partner firms host their own tables at the dinner, enabling them to spend the evening with treasurers that they invite to join their tables, by a smooth process that we coordinate with you. Note that your firm is not giving away a dinner ticket per se to the treasurer, but can only invite treasurers who hold dinner tickets in their own right (which most of them will). Silver, Gold and Platinum partners have tables included in their packages, Bronze partners have no table included. Demand for tables is tight, but in case we are able to offer additional tables as an add-on, you should be able to find it here. If so, your add-on discount rate would apply.
Each of a partner firm’s representatives is not obliged to sit with her/his own table even if they have one, but is welcome to sit in the large area of vendor-neutral tables if s/he prefers.
We provide your assigned floor area, you bring anything that should go on it.

Our third-party event services partner for the site should be able to provide anything you need from stands to carpets and appliances. If you prefer your own partners instead, go for it. Contact details to the third-party provider will obviously be on your mentioned information overview page.
Open wifi and plain 230V electricity is included. For e. g. three-phase electricity, take an early contact with the on-site third-party provider.
While we seek to introduce a new level of self-decision and predictability for you by letting you pick your precise stand slot, please understand that changes could occur as a result of unpredicted real-life circumstances. If you would experience a negative change from what you have ordered, expect us to suggest proportionate compensation.
We know we are a bit crazy but we understand many clients need a next-year payment to tap the right year’s marketing budget – and we will sort it for you! If so, please note the precise process here:
• When you check out your order – you know the page with your invoice address and choice of payment method – note the optional “Order notes” box at the bottom of the checkout page. Write in that box that you want to delay payment to January, if you do. (Not all do.)
• We will technically cancel your first order and invoice, and issue new ones. Don’t panic when you get an email saying your order was cancelled – you’ll get the same purchased items, just by a new order number and new invoice with extended payment terms.
• You file the new invoice for payment in January 2027.
