Each stage appearance qualifies for 1 person to take part of 1 session within the event.
Being visible on our stages is a terrific way to manifest one’s presence in the industry!
Broadly speaking, stage appearances fall into two main categories. You could have a seat on a neutral session with representatives from other organisations, or you could operate within a “hosted by” session where your firm fills in the content independently but still within the agenda.
While we seek to be in dialogue with the sponsor over good situations, please understand that the programming is complex and that the decisions, over which session your representative may be in, ultimately lies with us as organiser.
For the efficiency of your marketing, and our flexibility towards you, please start very early on all content dialogues with us. January to March is suitable for intensive planning, April will already see a lot of opportunity locked up.
While we cover a broad range of post-trade topics, and holistically seek to minimise topic clashes at each time slots, be cautioned that such clashes will still occur. And whenever you speak, expect your session to face tough competition by the five-or-so alternatives on offer. Genuine relevance will be your best weapon in the competition, and we will happily share our own insights on best practices if you would like us to.
